The Setup:

Zendesk required a high-stakes language solution for their 2026 Sales Kickoff in Las Vegas. With a schedule spanning three days of intensive keynotes, product deep-dives, and competitive panels, it was essential that their global team members could engage with the content in real-time. The project demanded a hybrid approach: the flexibility of Remote Simultaneous Interpretation (RSI) paired with the physical infrastructure of a large-scale onsite event to ensure every attendee had a premium experience. 

The Approach:

To manage the complexity of the multi-day agenda—including rapid-fire sessions like the ZKO, GTM Keynotes, and various partner panels—we deployed an Onsite Tech Lead to Las Vegas to oversee the technical execution for their sales kickoff with RSI. We provided a robust hardware package consisting of transmitters and 100 RSI headsets/receivers to ensure crystal-clear audio for the Japanese and Portuguese-speaking participants. This setup allowed interpreters to work via the Interprefy RSI platform - the Interprenet technology partner - while attendees on the floor moved freely between sessions without losing a second of the presentation. 

The Result:

The integration of professional human interpretation allowed Zendesk to deliver a unified message to their diverse sales force. From the opening guest speaker keynote to the final closing remarks, the technical infrastructure performed flawlessly over the 2.5-hour daily blocks. By removing language barriers during critical product and strategy discussions at their sales kickoff, Zendesk ensured that their global teams were fully aligned and equipped for the year ahead.
