The Setup:

The Milken Institute Global Conference in Beverly Hills, California, is renowned for gathering world leaders, CEOs, and global changemakers. For the May 2026 edition—hosted in the iconic International Ballroom of the Beverly Hills Hilton (the historic venue of the Golden Globes)—the expectations were exceptionally high. The project required elite linguistic support for a true "Very Important Client" scenario: a live address by Argentine President Javier Milei. Serving a head of state on behalf of the brand meant there was absolutely zero margin for error. The technical and linguistic execution had to match the elite status of the speakers and the international audience in attendance.

The Approach:

To manage this high-stakes environment, we deployed a hybrid configuration that balanced the President's strict preferences with the technical demands of a massive ballroom. The President’s personal interpreter was stationed directly onsite inside a tabletop booth right on the ballroom floor. This setup utilized our secure platform interface to capture and route the audio. For the remote sessions of the conference, the client provided dedicated Zoom links for stable video and audio feeds. Our remote technical lead monitored all channels continuously to ensure absolute stability. To receive the interpretation, the audience effortlessly tuned into the Remote Simultaneous Interpretation app on their personal devices.

The Result:

The execution was a masterclass in precision. By blending traditional onsite booth placement with modern digital distribution via the RSI app, we provided a seamless, premium experience for both the VIP speakers and the thousands of attendees in the ballroom. The bidirectional interpretation allowed for fluid communication between English and Spanish, ensuring that complex economic and political talking points were delivered with perfect tonal and technical accuracy. The flawless delivery during this high-profile Presidential event reinforced our capability to handle the world's most demanding, executive-level assignments.
