The Setup:

The Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO) required a comprehensive multilingual infrastructure for their five-day Global Leadership Conference in Dublin, Ireland. This high-profile event featured a complex schedule of concurrent sessions, including plenaries, breakouts, regional meetings, and workshops. To ensure a seamless experience for a global audience, the client needed a solution that could integrate Interprenet’s professional interpreters alongside their own in-house linguistic team while maintaining technical stability across multiple rooms and formats. 

The Approach:

To manage this large-scale hybrid environment, we deployed a specialized onsite team and a robust technical infrastructure designed for high-capacity events using our Remote Simultaneous Interpretation solution. Our Technology Leads managed the simultaneous transmission of audio and video from 17 breakout rooms to our remote teams, while also overseeing a dedicated infrared (IR) system and 200 receivers for a primary session. A Project Manager provided onsite coordination, facilitating direct communication with the interpreters and ensuring quality control across every stream. This oversight included human monitoring of all audio to ensure consistent quality regardless of the session type.

The Result:

The collaboration successfully removed communication barriers for leaders from around the globe, allowing for full participation in everything from intensive workshops to large-scale plenary sessions. By providing a stable wired network and versatile equipment, we ensured that every attendee could engage with the content in their preferred language. The success of this onsite engagement has paved the way for a continuing partnership, with Interprenet now providing ongoing support for EO’s global virtual meetings.
