The Setup:

Domino's Worldwide Rally Expo connects 9,000 Domino’s key franchise decision-makers and team members from around the world. With a growing international workforce, it was important for the global pizza company to engage participants, who had travelled from all over the world to be at the event. However, the event took place in multiple venues and was extremely large, with some 9,000 attendees.

The Approach:

Interprenet offered a flexible remote simultaneous interpretation (RSI) solution where users could log in with an event token via the language app from our technology partner Interprefy and simply select their language.

The Result:

Users were extremely satisfied with the service. Around 1,000 people listened to real-time interpreting using the app, with human interpreters based in remote locations across the globe.
