Client Success Story
The Setup:
Hewlett Packard Enterprise brought its flagship conference, HPE Discover 2026, to The Venetian Convention and Expo Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. To ensure their cutting-edge tech keynotes and sessions were fully accessible to an international and diverse audience, they required a premium, entirely onsite interpretation infrastructure. The project demanded continuous support across two intense event days, plus a dedicated setup and rehearsal schedule. With a thousand tech professionals on the floor, the linguistic framework needed to seamlessly deliver English content into Japanese, Korean, and American Sign Language (ASL).
The Approach:
For an event of this profile, absolute precision was required, starting with a strict mandatory briefing and a 6:30 AM rehearsal on event days. We deployed a specialized team of six onsite professional interpreters: two for Japanese, two for Korean, and two dedicated to ASL. To protect unreleased tech announcements, all linguists operated under a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
On the exhibition and ballroom floor, our Onsite Technical Lead managed the physical layout. We provided a streamlined hardware setup featuring two tabletop booths, dual interpreter consoles, and radio frequency (RF) transmitters. For the spoken languages, international attendees received crystal-clear audio through 300 dedicated RF headset receivers, which were distributed and collected seamlessly by the client's internal team. For the ASL sessions, the setup was tailored to accommodate both a live broadcast audience.
The Result:
The fully onsite execution provided a flawless, distraction-free environment for HPE’s global audience. By integrating high-end spoken interpretation hardware alongside broadcast-ready ASL interpretation, the technical keynotes maintained their high-energy impact across all target audiences. The collaboration successfully met the rigorous executive standards of a major enterprise tech summit, keeping 300 international and deaf or hard-of-hearing attendees perfectly connected to the core messaging.

English into American Sign Language (ASL), Japanese, and Korean.
